Deviled Eggs

A good appetizer that is high in protein is this slightly modified version of deviled eggs:

-12 hard boiled eggs
-1/8 cup plain hummus
-1/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
-Paprika

-Boil, peel, & slice eggs lengthwise & remove yolks
-Add yolks, hummus, yogurt, & mustard in a food processor & blend well
-Put yolk mixture in a cookie gun or pastry bag & fill egg white halves
-Sprinkle on Paprika as desired

*By using the Greek yogurt & hummus you add protein and cut the fat
